The Challenge
A two-bedroom condo in Pacific Beach with generic builder finishes and furniture. The owner was struggling to compete with nearby listings and wanted to raise her nightly rate.
Our Approach
We designed around the San Diego coastal lifestyle — relaxed, warm, and fresh. New linen upholstery, rattan accent furniture, a terracotta and warm white palette, quality bedding, and curated art. Practical upgrades like a blackout blind system and USB-C bedside charging were folded in. Professional photography was coordinated to follow.
The Result
The listing's nightly rate increased 40% after relaunch. Average review scores went from 4.6 to 4.9 stars, with multiple guests specifically mentioning the decor in their reviews.
