The Challenge
An existing conference room that felt like a commodity. The firm wanted it to feel like a place where important work happens — impressive to clients, energizing for the team.
Our Approach
We designed around acoustics first — sound-dampening panels integrated into the wall design, not applied as afterthoughts. A solid walnut table custom-built to seat 14, upholstered in a warm bouclé, and surrounded by task lighting on a tunable system. One long wall is entirely glazed, framing a view of the city skyline.
The Result
Meridian now uses the boardroom as a hospitality tool, hosting client pitch meetings they previously held offsite. Multiple client firms have asked who designed it.
